Many troubles, ongoing national and international events, and much uncertainty has occupied our attention these days. It’s been difficult to focus on what is most important … and needed.
The season of Lent is a time for us to refocus – to keep our eyes on the one who has and does make a difference. Christ, who sits at the right hand of the Father, has overcome sin, death, and the devil for us through HIs life, death, and resurrection… and He has all power and authority to keep us secure in all situations.
The primary message I am sharing with our LeadaChild directors during this time of Lent is this verse from Psalm 16:8… let the One who sit at the right hand of the Father also be your right hand in all things and through all struggles. He will keep all of us from being shaken and will lead us to rejoice in who He is and what He does.
