A Team Effort

…. Collaborating with Fellow Workers
“Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together… encouraging one another all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” (Hebrews 10:24-25)
These verses are often used to encourage Christians to regularly attend church so that they gather around God’s Word and spend time lifting up and supporting fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
Yet, they also apply to leaders in church and school ministry. When the called workers meet together, spend time in the Word and in prayer, and discuss and make plans around common goals, the workers and the ministries receive multiple blessings.
A recent and major emphasis for LeadaChild has been to encourage and facilitate this kind of collaboration – within individual ministries and with other project sites (in country and with neighboring countries).
Pray for the pastors, national directors, and project site leaders who serve at all of our project sites. They are working faithfully to build up the body of Christ and advance our goal of sharing Christ’s love with the children and families in their communities.
